The inventively-prepared, sophisticated eight-course gastronomic meal will include Sébastien Rath’s award-winning dish at the Olivier Roellinger Competition, cheeses from the cheese cart, a choice of desserts from the à la carte menu as well as mignardises. Products are carefully sourced from local suppliers.
